- Accommodation : Stay in hotels/camps on a twin/triple sharing basis.
- Meals : Breakfast and Dinner (except in Kedarnath).
- Sightseeing : As per the itinerary, covering major temples and holy sites.
- Driver Expenses : Includes fuel, toll tax, parking, and driver allowances.
- Permits & Taxes : All applicable government taxes and necessary permits.
Exclusion
- GST (Goods and Services Tax)
- No meals at Kedarnath
- Any extra meals during travel
- Anything not mentioned in the inclusions
- Personal expenses (Room heater, beverages, mineral water, room service, tea, coffee, etc.)
- Any rides, boating, or additional sightseeing tours beyond those mentioned in the itinerary/inclusions
- Any hike in fuel prices or tax structure
- Any other expenses/services not specifically mentioned
Payment Terms
- 20% of the total package cost at the time of booking.
- 50% of the total package cost 7 days before departure.
- Remaining 30% to be paid one day before departure.
Terms & Condition
• Prohibited Substances: One Lab Explorica and its organizers strictly prohibit the use of any narcotics or banned substances during the tour and will not be responsible for any adversities arising from the
same.
• Restricted Items: Weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances are strictly prohibited on the tour.
• Code of Conduct: The organizers reserve the right to evict any participant without a refund if their actions violate camp rules. • Personal Safety: One Lab Explorica is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are outside the camping premises.
• Damage & Liability: Any loss or damage to camping/hotel property (e.g., tents, pillows, mattresses, or any other belongings) will require full payment as per the product's MRP.
• Personal Belongings: One Lab Explorica is not responsible for any loss or damage to travelers' personal belongings.
• ID Requirement: All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID card.
• Cancellation Policy: Registration tickets once booked cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
• Accommodation Access: Only Guest staying with One Lab Explorica will be allowed inside the Hotel/campsite. If you intend to bring guests from outside, you must pre-notify us in advance.
• Booking Confirmation: Slots will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
• Liability Disclaimer: The management accepts no responsibility for injuries, loss, or theft of any personal property during the tour.
• Transport Breakdown: In case of any transport breakdown, travelers must wait until repairs are completed. No backup transport will be provided, and the organizers are not responsible for any delay caused by breakdowns or traffic.
• Environmental Responsibility: Please cooperate in keeping the environment clean and safe.
• Respect & Enjoyment: Enjoy the trip, respect others, and have a memorable experience.
• Transport AC Policy: The AC of the vehicle will be turned off in hill areas.
• Behavior Policy: No misbehavior whatsoever will be entertained. Violators may be removed from the tour without a refund.
